  We had our HVAC replaced last March. It was a great experience. Dan was professional and helpful. I recently needed assistance with the programming thermostat. I thought I messed it up. I reached out with my concern and Jeremy came out to double check the settings and that it was working properly, which it was. There was no charge which was a nice surprise. I have had the pleasure of communicating with John, Dan, Justin and Jeremy. They all put the customer first and are great at communicating.

  Professional and courteous. Quick turnaround on replacing my heat pump system. Excellent price! I can't say enough good about this company or their staff! They earned a customer for life with me!

  We just replaced the HVAC and outside unit at our residence. They were much more less expensive than two other companies . John and Emerald Coast Air is quick to respond to issue that I have quickly and professionally. We are extremely satisfied!!
