Was told the technician would be at my house between 2-6pm. I received a call while i was at CVS the technician was at the property, great i will be there in 5 minutes. When I showed up in 4 minutes the technician had left. I tried calling the number back with no answer. The company put on the home warranty that they were waiting on ordered parts. 3 days later the company finally answers the phone and says they will not be able to schedule for revisit until the following week. poor communication and lack of customer service. Good luck if your home warranty company selects them as your provider.
Response from the owner
Hello Tyler, the technician arrived within the scheduled time window that was agreed upon and there was nobody at the home. He decided to give you a courtesy call as sometimes people are in their backyards, etc. and you advised you were at CVS. Unfortunately most times "five minute" waits become 30 + minutes, and we simply cannot afford due to tight schedules and budgets associated with home warranty work. The technician informed you the call would be rescheduled, and you refused and insisted you would be there right away. You would not listen to the technician who was trying to inform you we cannot wait and he would not be there. We do apologize for the subsequent issues when calling us and calls going to voice mail. We are investigating this issue with calls going to voice mail.

This company was assigned by my home warranty company, would not recommend this company to anyone. They rarely answer their phone and if you leave a message good luck getting a call back. when the Ac unit was finally installed the technician forgot to get the heating element and said he would be back within two weeks to install. 5 weeks later still waiting for them to install. I went to the company’s listed address to talk face to face with a manager but the address is a house in a neighborhood without a business sign or any evidence of being a company.

Update: Recontacted the warranty company and put in another work order. Had to call warranty company again a week later to see why I hadn't been contacted. The next day Emerald called and scheduled me for the following day. Unsure if there was just an admin error or just being shorthanded. The technician was able to quickly diagnose and solve my problems and was extremely polite. Original: Contracted to fix my HVAC through my warranty company. The original planning to get somebody out to my house and get my HVAC working again was very expeditious. However, the HVAC repair worked for approx. a day and it broke again. I called to get service again, and was told to wait for a call back. Fast forward a week, I call in again and was asked for all of my information again, and what the problem was, as if I was never logged as needing service in the first place. Asked to wait a week again, as there is “only one technician”. I usually never write reviews, but seeing that it is currently 35 degrees in my house and I can’t do anything about it because nothing works, is extremely frustrating. Hoping they give me a call so we can resolve this, but I’ll be contacting the warranty company to hopefully get new service.
