  I've been dealing with various heating and cooling issues in this area since 1999. I've used contractors sent out by homeowner warranty companies, as well a couple of companies on referral. In 20 years, I always end up with the best solution from Terry Elrod. He is the most knowledgeable, polite, honest, fair and diligent HVAC technician (and business owner) that I've ever known. Many companies send technicians that will replace major parts of the HVAC system, but Terry actually knows how to repair things at the small component level. If the repair can be made by replacing a capacitor or a voltage regulator or other discreet component, that's all he'll do. And that translates to savings to the homeowner. Terry's great skill is matched only by his ethics and tendentious personal integrity. He's so humble that he doesn't even try to get people to leave Google reviews, he just relies on word of mouth to build his customer base. And he can, because he's just that good. You'll never regret calling Elrod HVAC!!!
