My experience with Elliot Brothers (Mark) was nothing but honest and spectacular. I called them from a referral, as my heat pump stopped working. Turned out it was just a blown fuse, which he replaced, plus serviced my entire HVAC system,, all for the cost of a service call...This company is highly recommended!

Clay and Sam arrived on Time, very professional 👏 and the work they preformed was flawless,  id highly recommend this company why look for anything else. I'm glad I chose them!

Great job, removed the old propane heater and A/C. 6 1/2 hours later the new heat pump system was installed. They cleaned up and hauled away the old units. Very professional and knowledgeable.

Called on a Tuesday and there was a technician at my house on Wednesday. This is the 4th of July weekend also and all other places were going to be a week or even 2 before someone could get to my house. Very pleased with this company and will use again in the future. Prices are reasonable also.

This is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with in my life. There installation was great but after a day the unit had a problem. They came out several times and couldn’t fix it. When I would call there office lady and got to talk to the her  she kept coming up with excuses that they had to order the part or it was a Holladay or they were to busy and I’d have to wait a 2 weeks before anyone would come out. This was saposed to be under warranty. So after a year of this unperfesional actions I got fed up and called another local company and they had it fixed in 10 minutes.

I just can't  thank you all enough for being so punctual,  for knowing exactly what the problem is,  and being able to repair it on the spot for such a fair price. Your repairman is so knowledgeable and respectful and I would never call anyone else.

We just moved to NC, first time using Elliott brothers for routine A/C service.  Very friendly, explained everything, on time.

Very knowledgeable and reasonably priced. During the busy season there is sometimes a long wait to get them out, but that's to be expected. Will continue to use them in the future.

Called to see if we could get service on AC unit, lady answering phone not friendly, actually made us want to find someone else.
