  Ellington AC installed a new AC unit in 2018 & were great to work with. This year, we had them replace all the ducts. Jay came out & provided us with useful information with photos from our ductwork to make our decision. The house feels great. We also appreciated the room ACs they loaned us for free since the job took a couple of days. Travis, Tyler & Eddie did a great job for us - so professional, informative & prompt and really worked hard to get the 3 day job done in only 2 days. They listened to us regarding concerns and preferences and were quick to resolve all. We are so glad we went with Ellington for the new AC & ductwork and we love their "NO WORRIES" maintenance plan. Great company!!

  Quality, professional, and knowledgeable employees from service,sales, installation team, scheduling and front office. Curtis was professional and made it clear our comfort was his top priority. They provided portable air units to keep us comfortable until the new systems were installed. Tyler, Bob, and Steve were fantastic as well. They answered all our questions and provided excellent service. Highly recommend Ellington Air and Heat

  Sadly, I have had to update my review. Although this review is delayed, it is still applicable. I’m hoping they will finally help me out. I spent $12k on a new AC and new ductwork about 4 years ago. I had them maintain the unit for years (and it wasn’t cheap.) the past year and a half, the ac has not been keeping up at all with the heat. It never was great in the beginning, but it’s getting worse. It’s currently 80 degrees in the house with no chance of catching up. I asked them to come fix the duct that is broken open 6 months ago, and I was not home at the time. The tech said he did not see anything wrong. I know exactly where the problem is, and could have pointed it out; clearly he didn’t want to get very far back in the attic to find the real issue. All he offered Hopefully they will honor their quality of work and fix the poor installation job on the duct joint/vent that is having major leaking issues. The only thing that was offered at the time was very expensive repairs a leak on a system that was only 3 years old (not to mention “top of the line” supposedly.)
