  I called Elk on 3-17-22 to have someone look at my furnace, it was blowing cold air. Cody came a short time later and looked at it. It’s an old furnace and needed a new blower which I’m sure would be difficult to get. We talked and I decided to have a new one installed along with whole house AC. I had an appointment for the following Tuesday, later Thursday I got a call from Cody saying they had a cancellation the next day (Friday) would I be good with that. I said yes because my 94 yr. old mother lives with me and is always cold. Friday 8:30 am Anthony and Gage we’re here to do the work. They were very polite and respectful and worked no stop to get the furnace replaced. The AC will be installed soon, that’s ok because I do not need it right now. Hopefully Anthony and Gage can come finish because I really liked how they worked. Gage followed all Anthony’s directions and seemed like he really was interested in learning everything he could. I believe he makes a great assistant. I believe your company has two wonderful guys and appreciate them. Cody is also top notch and thoughtful. I will continue to use your company and pass the word .   Best in the business!! The entire Elk crew from quoting (Cody) to installation (Steve and Jake) and office team (Amanda) are fantastic to deal with! They listened to my concerns, answered my questions, educated me on the latest technology, and installed an incredible system which is literally the heart of our home! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Elk Air Conditioning and Heating Inc.

  I would like to commend their staff for going above and beyond . My temperature in my home kept dropping and furnace kept running blowing cold air I called and they called me back within minutes dispatching their technician Timothy E. out first thing He was prompt and very thorough. Rather than guessing why assuming it was ok and leaving when he got it to fire up,, he heard me and didn’t want whatever was going on to happen again. Tim got the part I needed and installed it and didn’t leave until he knew it was right and I could ease my mind I would highly recommend their team …. Thank you again to their tech Tim E for not letting us freeze and my home to be warm
