  I called looking to price a couple parts, the guy on the other end asked “what’s it doing” I told him exactly what was going on with my unit, without hesitation he suggested a part that he believed was the root of the problem. Got it home replaced it and like magic everything was back to normal!!! Called pricing parts that were going to be around 200$. Guy sells me a 13$ part. Great costumer service and honest!

  Let me start off by saying, I am no HVAC expert, but I have rebuilt a few hot rods, so I am fairly confident in my mechanical abilities. With the help of a couple YouTube videos I figured out that I probably needed a new blower motor. I pulled the old one out and took it to the guys at Winair. They sold me a universal motor for less than half of what it would have cost me for the OEM Trane equipment. After we got the right motor, a couple of guys at the front desk helped me out by writing down a couple of directions on how the new universal motor would be wired in, since the wires were colored different from the original motor. I was a little nervous, but wiring it up was much easier than I thought it would be. Anyway, after a few curse words, I got the new motor bolted back up in the duct work. The whole job took me about an hour. There's no telling what a repairman might have charged me to do this job and like most folks I know, I've more time than I've got money. I really appreciate the guys at Winair for helping me to save a few bucks and for their instructions. Keep up the good work fellas.

  Awesome service! I went in looking for something that I didn't know the name of and a couple of the guys helped me out. They tossed out some ideas and showed me some examples of what might work. I was in and out but got exactly what I needed. If I ever need anything else HVAC related I will call/stop by here first!
