  They made the entire process very smooth; coming and giving us the quote and other services they provide, setting up an install time that worked for our situation, they ordered the system early for us to make sure it was ready when we needed it, the install process was very professional, and they registered our equipment and sent in the rebate forms for us! 10/10 great business to work with, Thank you

  We have been Elite customers for a few years. They were very prompt when a part went out on our 2 year old system causing our AC to go out on one of the hottest nights that year! Recently, we were a bit concerned that our elderly mother was getting a unfair deal while attempting to do things on her own and replacing her HVAC system through a BIG BOX store's services... I messaged on Thanksgiving, not expecting to hear back and DID! My Mother in Laws new system was installed the following Tuesday!! Now we are confident that she will get the same great check ups and service that we do! Thank you Katie and the Elite Team!!!

  This is our second time using Elite. First was at our previous home for installation of a mini-split system and a gas furnace with a/c in our detached garage. The most recent was installation of a new furnace and A/C in our new to us home. They are friendly, efficient, honest and clean! Yes, they clean up their own mess! We would highly recommend.
