  I recently requested Elite schedule us for an inspection of our furnace. John was able to schedule us for the following week, much sooner than I expected. The day before our scheduled appointment, Elite called to confirm the appointment and told us the Tech would call when he was in route. The next morning, we received a call from Sam who let us know they’d be here between 8:30 AM - 9:00 AM. He arrived promptly. Sam introduced himself and was a professional with a great personality. I showed him my furnace and he began discussing the make of the furnace to me briefly. I left him alone to do his inspection after advising him that we had no specific concerns other than the filter. Once he was buttoning up the furnace, he showed me how to pull the filter and wrote down the size I’d need and asked if I wanted to purchase one from him? I declined so he made sure I fully understood the size and how to change it. Sam was clearly very knowledgeable of heating appliances and stuck around a few minutes to answer questions about our furnace and our AC. Rest assured, this company and the technicians are professional, highly trained, and trustworthy. Worth every penny. Thank you Elite and thank you Sam.

  I called on a Tuesday and later that day they was there to check my ac unit. I ended up and needed a new unit and they told me about their finances option. It is so easy to fill out and so easy to do the payment. Once approved, they came out the next day and got the new unit up and running. If you are hesitant about getting the I wave, don’t be it is worth every penny! You can see the difference within days of getting it.
