    Its 100 plus degrees outside. My AC is not keeping up and is having issues. It takes 3 days for someone to make it to my home. Which is a very log time in the heat of the summer. Diag From Tech #1 is system has a refrigerant leak. Correction is to to get a leak-stop agent for the line and then add refrigerant. The tech is gone for about an hour picking up leak stop. He tops off my refrigerant and takes off. 10 days later system is not able to cool past 89 degrees and going to be in the 3 digits all week. It takes 3 days to for them to get us on the schedule. We then have a Tech #2 lazy tech come out. Who tells us that there is a leak in the system and that he needs to go get leak stop. The last guy didn't put in any leak stop because he did not have the right tools. (according to this tech#2) Which means that the first tech#1 knew that there was going to be another failure and did not notify us, There was no need to let us go through this again. There was plenty of time to schedule a followup before it FAILED AGAIN. Instead we where lead to believe that he had taken corrective action. Instead he took action that would INTENTIONALLY leak refrigerant chemicals into the atmosphere. Tech #2 goes to gets the leak stop he declines to actually do any looking at the lines to determine any other ways to resolve this that might require him to do anything other than as little as possible. He notices that the refrigerant is leaking out fast. He adds the leak stop and left. He did not wait for it to run through a cycle, he did not confirm it was holding pressure. The A/C failed and 2 hours after he left. He left without doing those things because that would require doing more to correct the problem. Now we have been told it will be10 days until they can send another tech out. This company has been out twice now and has failed to fix my unit. I wonder how they can be in business if this is the service they provide. In the meantime I get to go spend a couple hundred more dollars that was not in the budget to try and manage being left high and dry by Elite Heating and Air.

    Elite Heating & Air was contracted though our warranty company to service our Air conditioner. Waited over a month and a half during the summer to get a new air compressor installed. I understand that there is a shortage but when the company doesn't answer your calls any longer and the warranty company has to hire someone else to do the job that's a bad sign. The other company was able to go on a Tuesday and replace the part the next week. From our experience your better off going with someone else.

    Very poor communication and scheduling. Waited two weeks for an appointment, they failed to call or show until late in the afternoon after the appointment time was missed. No answer to calls and very little care about the customer. I was stuck with this company because of my home warranty otherwise my issue would have been resolved quickly by a more professional company.
