  Yesterday we very politely asked our neighbor if she could have the workmen not ark directly across from our driveway because it made it difficult for us to back out. we are senior citizens, we live n a narrow street, and there was plenty if room for their vehicles without blocking us. well, they moved one of the two vehicles, but the kid didn't move his truck. today, the clown made a point of parking square in back of our driveway, just as i was about t leave. i waved my arms at him and he laughed. then he had what i can only call foul attitude to take my picture as i backed out. i hope he got a good picture of my middle finger. we called the company, but they offered no help and even denied that the guy, who we saw, was the same guy. (if it wasn't the same guy then why did he feel the need to take my picture)? well if this is the kind of help they employ you can be sure they will never do any work n my house, and i suggest others consider the same. I tried to post on their facebook page, but it will not accept comets -- which is hardly a surprise. they had the unmitigated gall to ask my wife for a picture. here it is

  Steve we apologize for any inconvenience that we may have caused you. It was not our intention to block your driveway. This technician was not the same technician that had been advised the day before. He had no idea not to park there. Again we apologize.

  The company and the three employees who came to my home starting from the Tech John and the installers Will and Fabian sorry if misspelled but they were awesome friendly professional and honest and clean! i recommended Elite to 2 neighbors hope they use you. The A/C was a bit costly but they gave me a good interest free 18 month plan. I know inflation and part shortage raised prices.still they did a professional and honest Job that all I could ask for.   I could not be happier about the prompt, high quality service for Elite. I had Elite install a new packaged unit AC on my rental property. Great Service from the beginning, estimate, to the install and permitting. Kept me informed during every step. I called Elite to service another AC unit at a rental property and they came the same day- diagnosed the problem and showed me pictures of the issue, which turned out to be a roofing issue. The third call to Elite was the heat not working on a older AC unit. They came the same day and fixed the problem. From the telephone call to the office, to dispatcher, to technician the service was always 5 star. Highly recommend Elite Electric and Air
