  We blew the capacitor on our A/C on a Sunday and of course nobody was open. Out of desperation, I called Tony at home. He drove in and opened up his shop and sold me the part I needed. Later that afternoon, he even called back to ensure that I got everything installed and running properly. This is the kind of old school customer service you don't get from a big chain. Thanks Tony!

  Very thorough. Showed me the results of his testing. Lots of stats. Showed me ranges of various systems. Everything was within acceptable limits. Very satisfied. This reconfirms my decision to purchase my A/C from Elements Heat And Air Cooling.

  So happy I chose Elements Heat And Air Cooling to install my new furnace. Mike was very quick to come by the house and provide a quote. By the following week I had a brand new high efficiency heating system! They did an excellent job and did the work in 2 days. Very punctual, clean and accurate! The inspector came the other day and the work was approved. Would definitely recommend to others!
