  I have had 3 different experiences with this store and each time they have been amazing to work with. From two issues with an old furnace and them offering to help with installation over the phone if I needed it to assistance with a dishwasher motherboard. They know their stuff and are willing to go out of their way to help how they can. We have ordered parts online, but after shipping, I'd rather spend a little more to help out a local person and get the service they provide. I hope that we don't have to frequent the store since that means problems at home, but if we do, we call them first!

  His employees sold me a fridge thermostate and told me it was better than the Amazon chinese part. Cost me $74 there, and the cheep one from Amazon I ordered as well was $16. They were the same, looks and the part # on them. He would not take it back or give a refund of any type. I was ripped off.

  We lost our heat late Saturday during the weekend of Thanksgiving. My husband and I decided to order a replacement part via overnight mail believing this would be the quickest way to restore heat to our home. The company we found online was in KY and we paid an extra $54 for a $40 part to be overnighted so we could get our furnace running ASAP. Well, this company did not come thru on their promise and notified us last minute that the delivery would not be coming overnight as promised and paid for. Luckily, a co-worker of mine overheard me talking about my predicament and recommended I contact Smitty at Electric Appliance Parts to see if they had the part I needed in stock. Not only did they have the part in stock, Smitty put the part aside for me same day. When I picked up the part, Smitty explained to me how to handle the fragile piece so that nothing would break. He also said if for some reason the part did not fix the problem that we could call him directly and he would try to trouble shoot the issue. He was very knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous. Good customer service is not easy to find these days, however, I was lucky enough to find Smitty at Electric Appliance Parts and highly recommend this business for all your appliance part needs.
