  Our air went out during the brutal heatwave. I called early that morning and was told someone would be there in the next couple of hours. The tech, named Ty on time he was very professional and very knowledgeable Ty had our our problem fixed I thank him and the Elders company for the wonderful response. .

  1st time I was back since pandemic. Roast beef was tough and cheddar was stopped all over. Totally disappointed.

  Furnace broke down in the dead of winter. Tech came out same day, fixed the problem quickly, and the bill was just about what I expected it to be. Everyone was courteous and helpful.
