After having issues with our house cooling properly, I called around to several HVAC companies to get pricing only to be left with vague answers and no real price estimates. It seemed like every business only cared about getting a technician out to collect their service fee before they cared enough to help a potential customer. That’s until I called Eklund Heat & Air. I explained my issue on the phone and asked for basic pricing and what I should expect and I was treated reasonably and respectfully. Their knowledge and friendliness gained a customer for life and their affordable pricing was a nice bonus! I dealt with their Service Tech Nathan P. and had a great experience. Nathan was very nice and professional and knew exactly what my problem was. I appreciate businesses that not only offer fair pricing but employ such great people. I will recommend Eklund to everyone I know.

Hugo did a great job helping us decide what to do about my daughter's failing heater. He patiently explained what was going on and how everything worked. I was very impressed.

Nathan and Hugo were so polite and professional. They explained the problem thoroughly and fixed it! They were very respectful and courteous. I appreciate them calling ahead and letting me know they are on their way. I have lived in my house for 24 years. I have had to have AC or heat repair every single year!! I have had many companies come to do repairs. I am so glad to have found Eklund’s. I highly recommend this company, and Nathan and Hugo.
