  Ekern was fabulous! The man who came to fix my furnace knew exactly what was wrong and took time to explain it to me. We had a company from Brookings come out prior and after 200$ still wasn’t fixed. They didn’t seem to know as much, just guessing at parts to replace. Ekern fixed it right away!

  They installed new HVAC system in my house. Within three years the system broke. It is still under warranty so I needed to have ekern fix it. It has been over 18 days and I still don't have ac in my house. In the middle of summer. They don't even have the decency to call and apologies and tell me they won't have time to stop by. If you call them back they say they'll be out that afternoon, but never show. I would avoid this company. Bad products, horrible response time, unprofessional.
