  Showed up to my home shortly after I called, performed troubleshooting on my furnace and tested my A/C for charge. A/C was good but a bad component on my furnace. Told him to order and repair...was told part was had to get but should be back in a week with it. waited 2 weeks and called him, no answer so left a message. Have never heard from him again, Fixed the furnace myself and got the part from Amazon with a 2 day delivery for 30 bucks. Will never recommend him to anyone.
