  I would recommend Efficient Comfort to my family and friends, and only them! I was looking for a new A/C install and explored the services of several companies. I chose Efficient Comfort after they provided a superior experience during the estimates. Lillian was very pleasant and helpful with scheduling. Chuck invested more time and effort into the estimate than the other companies. He also discovered a major issue with my furnace that needed to be addressed. He provided me with a clear and informative estimate without any aggressive salesmanship. The installation was a great experience. Lillian was mindful of my scheduling limitations and helped to arrange the best day for me. Matt, Rubio, and Jake came out on time and worked hard, wasted no time. They were very respectful and personable. It’s apparent that they take a great deal of pride in doing good work. It’s been a week and everything is working great. I couldn’t be happier with every aspect of my experience with Efficient Comfort. I wish more more companies, of every industry, provided their level of customer service.

  My Technician, Dan Hogan, was extremely polite and professional. He wanted to let my dogs get to know him, so they weren't constantly barking at the "stranger" in the house! My appointment for routine maintenance was scheduled between noon and 4pm which, if you're the cable company means after 4 sometime - but he was here shortly after noon, much to my surprise! Efficient Comfort installed our furnace a year ago, and both of my experiences with the company and their employees have been great. No hesitancy in recommending Efficient Comfort!

  Everything was smooth and easy from the beginning. I didn’t feel pressured to buy anything and was just told about the services & products they offer & given a reasonable quote. The technicians did a wonderful job fixing the issues from the previous install. They also offer best price guarantee and after all the quotes I received they offered very reasonable prices! Everyone was very helpful from start to finish- highly recommend Efficient Comfort!
