  We had our furnace go out right before a big cold snap. Jim and Efficiency were able to fit us in and get us warmed back up in no time. Jim was super friendly and professional. I'd definitely recommended them for future repairs.

  First it starts off with the great customer service when I called to set appointment up. They alert you via txt and keep you up to speed at all times. Trae was my service tech and he was top to bottom the best experience I’ve had with anything relating to homeownership maintenance. He was on time, Extremely knowledgeable, kind and explained things to me as he went through the maintenance. Made it easy to understand and really made me feel confident I made the right call with Efficiency Heating and Cooling. It was straight forward, told me I am on borrowed time on my 25 year old heater, but that all in all of the 25 years, it was running pretty dang good for the age. Because of all that honesty in is work, I know for sure I’ll be getting my unit and install done at Efficiency Heating & Cooling. Customer for life here. :)

  Jim, Efficiency’s technician, arrived on time and completed the replacement of a part and then cleaned the blower. He was quick, efficient, professional and a pleasure to have in our home. Efficiency is an excellent choice for heating and cooling issues. We will use the company again.
