Warning alert do not use this company. They sent a man to my house to put in pipe to run a gas stove. When is man left my house the pipe was laying on the ground in my crawlspace never did any tests to make sure that it did not leak. So my stove would not work because he messed the lines up. Then a week later still nobody out to fix my problem. They don’t call you back they don’t care about their customers and they are dangerous I would stay far away from this Company. I treated every person on the phone calls with complete respect and they still did nothing

They sent someone out to our house to unclog a drain. Before even looking at it the man was unprofessional upon getting out of the vehicle even. Dropping tools, cursing about it and proceeded to tell my husband it would be $500. My husband had already had it quoted from 2 places for around 250. He told him no way he was going to have it done at that price. He said well I'll donit for 400. Then husband told him he already had it quoted for the 250. The guy then said he could donit for that price too. HOW DO YOU GO FROM 500 TO 250 IN 5 MIN? WITHOUT EVEN LOOKOMG AT THE PROBLEM!!!??? Made no sense to me! My husband told him no thanks and we went with Able instead. I would never send someone here. Ever!

My boiler wouldnt start after turning off the house breaker to install a thermostat. I suspected an electrical fault, which was fixed by an electrician just before Edwards’ arrival. They noticed an unlabeled breaker switch had tripped and flipped it back which allowed the boiler to start. They didn’t immediately volunteer how they got the boiler to run, but instead tried to sell me another non-urgent repair. I had to ask what the solution had been. Then I was charged $286! I understand the service call charge, but $200 for “diagnostics” to flip a breaker switch is unethical, especially when it took all of 10 minutes to find and fix. I won’t have them back.
