We use Edmisten to service our 4 HVAC systems. So far, so good. Our rep, Dylan, was knowledgeable and friendly. That goes a long way these days. I also appreciate how quick we could get on their schedule and the needed repairs were done in a timely manner as well.

I had Edmisten Heating and Cooling service both of my systems about a week ago. The service guy was very professional and answered all of my questions and addressed my concerns. My HVAC system is older and will probably need to be replaced in the spring. I'll be hiring them to do the work when its time. I highly recommend these guys to do any work you might need done. The prices are competitive and the people are very knowledgeable.

Unfortunately Edmisten is not honest with their billing practices. I was told there was no fee to get a quote on a system and was not told of any costs I would incur prior to them assessing my HVAC system. Now, they are sending me bills even though I was told there would be no fee. I did not end up using their services because the wait time was too long (well over a month). Not sure if this is how they make up money if you don’t end up using them? Either way, I would not trust a company that participates in such shady billing practices.

Kelsey, I hope that you are having a wonderful Holiday weekend. I would like to clarify that you were not charged for the free estimate for system replacement option that our sales department provided on 9/16/2021. You were charged only for the services that we provided when you called our service department and scheduled for a technician to come out and diagnose your HVAC system for no heat or cooling on 9/10/2021. We are very transparent and upfront with our customers on service rates and when you scheduled that appointment with our service department pricing would have been discussed in detail especially being that you are a new customer with no prior history with us. I have attached the notes from our technician so you can see that our technician came out and performed a billable service for you. 9/10/2021 Service call to check the HVAC system for no cooling or heat. Found that the air filters were clogged and impacted, replaced the air filters, test ran the system, found that the compressor is bad and the system is very low on refrigerant, recommend replacing the system due to age and condition.
