  Edge came out to fix an air conditioner in my boat. They called at 1230pm to tell me they were on the way. They arrived at 230pm. Even thought I was told he was only a few minutes away at 1230, I was charged for the 2 hours it took him to get to my boat. I suspect he was either napping or went out to lunch (on my credit card since I ended up being charged for the time). The tech was completely un prepared and I had told them upfront it was most likely a Freon leak. The tech came down the pier and didn’t even bring the leak tester or any Freon. Instead he made 3-4 trips up and down the pier to get the leak tester, Freon, etc. The walk down the pier is 15 minutes each way to his truck. Also, he didn’t even have a pound of R410a on the truck. He ended up fixing nothing, making a huge mess and putting about 1/2 the Freon it should have taken in the unit. After we left and headed south, we found the AC running and dumping seawater into the bilge as he didn’t tighten the raw water lines. This tech was not prepared, did a terrible job and also flooded my bilge. I highly recommend you use someone else for marine repair. The office only reduced my cost by 1 hour for the unprepared transit up and down the pier not for the poor quality work. I’m not even sure what I paid for as the tech really didn’t do anything but show up and cause more problem and I was charged for 2 hours of drive time. Do not use this company unless you want to overpay for poor work quality.

  We had two properties whose AC had puttered out at the same time with the first major heat of the season. Mr. Dylan (technician) arrived within about a day for these nonemergency call-outs. He was clear, precise, friendly, and he knew what he was doing. He went through a series of reasonable diagnostics, and was able to safely manage the repair at both locations within the same day. This company isn't cheap, but it's not going to break the bank. I got great service for a fair price, and I couldn't ask for more than that. I intend to put the properties that I manage under a maintenance agreement with this company. Highly recommended.

  Woke up this morning and my air was not working, called Sean and he had someone out this afternoon….. very punctual and great service by all involved…… thank you!!!
