  Ed's did an install for a client of mine. During the install they stepped through the ceiling damaging it and told my client to have her contractor repair the damage and invoice them for it. I was that contractor. I repaired the damage sent the invoice (very modest one) and tried OVER AND OVER again to get it paid. NEVER happened. That was nearly a year ago now.

  When an accident happens, we do strive to make things right. We gave the customer the option to have the repairs made or we would locate a repair contractor. She chose to have you make the repairs. We are unsure of how you have tried to submit your invoice, but we have not received it, nor have we had any other contact with you. We assumed she sold the property as-is. We're always available to be reached by US Mail via our PO Box, by phone, by fax or in person at our shop. We also have a contact link on our website and a Facebook page.   Top of the line service. Worked with me to get a unit and my needs met within my budget. If you are not using Ed's for your heating and cooling needs your not getting the best! Thanks for the great service!! Mine is the biggest one in the pick.
