I have used Eds comfort solutions for my last two AC installations. One on a condo I sold and another just a week ago in my new home. Both times they were polite, professional, courteous, and answered any questions I had! Every single person there cares about doing the best job they can. Brian and David did my most recent install and they did an amazing job and were some of the friendliest people you can meet. I will continue to use ECS and recommend them to anyone who is in the market for a new system or any repairs! Thanks again guys!

My house felt warmer than it should at night in our bedroom. They came out and confirmed that the unit was working properly. He adjusted the blower speed and gave me advice on increasing the cooling for the bedroom by closing other extra vents in the house. It felt 5 degrees cooler! I am so glad I called.

We moved into a home about 3 months ago. Our ac has not been cooling. We finally broke down and called an ac company who wanted a lot of money to fix it. We called ECS because they installed the unit. We called after hours and they advised to call back the next morning when they opened because 1) it would save us money and 2) if we called right at 7:30 they could probably get us in the same day. They sure did. We called into the office . Not only got in the same day but they also gave us the number to the manufacturer of the unit so we could have the warranty switched to our names because we were about to miss the deadline to do that.  They had our ac up and running by in 2 days (had to order the part). Brandon was our tech and he was the nicest person you will ever meet.

I want to give a huge shout out to this company. They have been so awesome to work with and anyone that needs HVAC services, you need to use Ed's Comfort Solutions. Their guys are extremely knowledgeable, polite, and honest. I had a home warranty that was just slapping band aid after band aid on my old unit. Brandon came out and quickly fixed the issue with my condensers but the old unit just couldn't run anymore. He gave me the truth about my old unit which I needed a new one.  His customer service went above and beyond along with his knowledge. He was awesome to work with and their prices are awesome.
My new unit has been installed and I want to give a huge thank you to Dalton "Hillbilly" and Jeremiah "pretty boy" for installing my new unit. They did an amazing job. Again just another highly professional set of guys. My experience with this company has been amazing and I will be contacting them and only them for any future HVAC needs. I am extremely satisfied with their service and my overall experience. Thank you again.
