  I had the AC system replaced in June of 2019. I am having issues with the heat coming on and have called numerous times to get assistance but no one returns my calls. I tried emailing, undeliverable. I tried looking for a website, it no longer exists. I understand the business is temporarily closed but if the phone number is still taking calls and recording them, how about someone call back? This is so unprofessional and disturbing.

  No longer in business. We had our HVAC system replaced last year and didn’t have any issues. I recently called the two cell phone numbers for the representatives that I dealt with in the past to see about more services, however both lines were disconnected. I called the office main number and it went straight to voicemail in which I left a message. About an hour later I received a call from another HVAC company explaining that Ecozap t is no longer in business and they are distributing out their incoming calls to other companies in the area. I appreciate them forwarding my information however I’m really disappointed that we were not formally or officially notified by Ecozap that they are no longer in business. nothing reflects that on their website, Google, and especially Facebook as they are actively posting stuff. The sole purpose of this review is to notify everyone else trying to reach Ecozap that they are no longer available.

  Perfect timing! I woke up the day of my annual a/c inspection and the unit wasn't blowing cold air. The EcoZapp team arrived early to the appointment and had the part to repair it on their truck. It was fixed within 30 mins and cooling before they left. I've used this company for several years & they are the best!
