  I called Economy Furnace to get a second opinion on replacing my heating system (boiler), they showed up on time and actually faster than I anticipated. I only wish I had called them first. They took pictures and explained what needed to be done and why it was necessary to replace the system. They did not use any scare tactics or pressure tactics. They offered financing, and ultimately worked with my insurance company to get the work done as quickly as possible. The four technicians that came to do the work were all extremely courteous, neat, and professional. I HIGHLY RECOMEND this company for any and all work that needs to be done to your heating or cooling systems

  We scheduled 2 or 3 weeks in advance for an appointment to check our furnace for the winter. We were given an appointment today 10/19 between 12-4. No one called, no one showed up. My phone was on all day at work…no message left by anyone @ Economy. What kind of business doesn’t call to say they are not coming? A poorly run one. I’m calling someone else tomorrow.

  We did call this customer on the day we were to go and no one answered the phone. It is a company policy that we do not send a technician if we do not get an answer.

  Bible Baptist Church has used Economy Furnace Company for many years! They are prompt, courteous, and have a fair pricing system. I would recommend Economy Furnace Company!
