  This is a take your money and run business. Had installation of new system put in last Jun 2021. System was not installed correctly and the heater kept blowing a fuse. The owner came out once in Nov and rigged the system - wires hanging out of the unit- a complete mess. He then said that a part was defective but did not return until Mar 2022. Everytime I called he either did not return my calls or sent a text that the part was on order. When he finally came out inMar 2022 and put the new part in it did not solve the problem. When the heat turns on the fuse blows. After that he left and has not answered any of my calls. A totally unreliable company - stay away from this one.

  My wife and I recently had Carter and his crew replace two 26 year old systems on our home. He recommended a few other improvements, and have been very pleased with the results. He is a pleasant and professional individual. We highly recommend his services and fair prices. Great and fast service.

  I heard about Carter Pitts and the incredible work he performed for a friend’s complex HVAC electrical problem. I had an urgent need and deadline to fix my old heating system. Carter promptly responded and quickly diagnosed the problem. He located the hard to find parts and had my system running in top shape without delay. I recommend him to anyone who has an HVAC need. He is a rare pro that gives great service and value and his word is his bond. Call him! He is the best!
