  Bud was so great! Everything from the first phone call with the receptionist to the end result, which took about ten minutes to fix and he even had the part in his truck. In the middle winter, what a blessing, thank you so much. HIGHLY recommend.

  EcoEdge Systems LLC did a phenomenal job. From contacting the office manager (Jacki) who setup an estimate, to the Owner: William (Buddy) Wenger coming out to do the estimate, to the team of 4 installers on site completing the Furnace and A/C, everything went smoothly and professionally. I reached out to 6 different Installers before contacting EchoEdge. And EchoEdge beat, or exceeded expectations on ALL aspects of the job. Contacting and Communication for the initial bid/estimate. Exceeded all expectations. Jacki set up all time frames that worked both with my work schedule and communicated thought the whole process. Buddy promised to send the estimate within 12 hours. I received it in 4 hours. OUTSTANDING! The reason I point this out was that one contractor took over 4 weeks to get the bid after contacting him 3 different times. And another contractor never even sent a bid after multiple communications. Estimate/Cost. Hands down the most economical, aggressive and FAIR pricing out there. EchoEdge beat all the competitors prices AND best of all, the final price was EXACTLY what was on the estimate. No hidden cost or surprises. Quality of work/Installers. There was a team of 4 gentlemen that came out. They were patient and very knowledgeable with the whole process. They answered all my questions and cleaned up the job site before leaving. Thank you for that. I’ve had other contractors finish a job and leave a mess behind. Setup of Warranties and NIPSCO Rebate program. While I already knew about the Rebate program with NIPSCO, EchoEdge was 1 of the 2 companies that pointed it out during the bidding process. Remember, I had 6 different companies come out to bid the project. Why WOULDN’T every contractor point out the Rebate program with NIPSCO?!? It doesn’t cost the contractor anything. And you get money back. And by EchoEdge pointing it out, it told me that Buddy and his team are extremely knowledgeable and care about their customers. And EchoEdge went above and beyond on setting up the warranty process. I truly believe the other companies would not responded so well if you had any issues setting up the warranties on-line.   I highly recommend EcoEdge Systems! Dan saved us hundreds of dollars vs. the company we received a quote from yesterday. He was extremely knowledgeable and honest. The pricing system is straightforward and he was able to come out quickly. EcoEdge absolutely has our business from here on out!!!
