  I purchased a split unit and had nothing but problems. This company stood by me for over a year. I am very pleased with the service and assistance they gave.   It was a Saturday so wasn't sure how quick they could get here since I live outside of Jamestown, but Dylan was here in no time! He was able to help me with my heat and get me on a service plan. Glad to be doing business with this company, especially if all the representatives are as professional and responsive as Dylan. Thanks again for your help!

  My heat died due to lightning strike to transformer. Kyle came out and he and his partner were professional, efficient and installed my new unit and explained what I needed to know. Very polite and got the job done. I a m very happy.
