  Called and talked to Steve, he was finishing up a job and said he could come by my house in about an hour that same day. Checked out my system and told me that it was still under warranty and the parts that I needed would be covered under the warranty and that he would contact company and get the parts ordered. He said he had several jobs ahead of me but would get to me as soon as he could when the parts came in. Emailed me an estimate of the labor costs that night. I accepted and he contacted me within two days that the parts were in and because of rain forecast they had cancelled an all day job and could come that afternoon to do my repair job. Steve and Mike came on time and did the job and had my house cool within three hours. Would highly recommend them.

  When I called to make an appointment, they were booked for the day and couldn’t get to me until the next day. About two hours after I made my appointment, I got a text from Steve who said he had a cancellation and would come right over if I would like. when he got here, he was very thorough and professional, lucky for me my problem was a minor one, and he charged me very little over the original diagnostic fee so I was very pleased. Would highly recommend this knowledgeable company.

  I found the technician to be very thorough in explaining my hvac system to me and why it was not performing optimally. I appreciated his respect for my home by wearing protective foot wear and his understanding when I requested he wear a mask.
