  The installers were very efficient and did a good job of cleaning up. My service tech Greg who showed and explained the many issues with my old unit was very informative, patient and not at all pushing a replacement. He offered that some repairs could be done to keep me going if I chose that. He also pointed out the benefits of a new unit…. The warranty the service agreement and the peace of mind when I return North . I was recommended to Eco Air by friends as I was very dissatisfied with my former HVAC company. I made a great decision to replace my unit with Eco Air. I give my tech Greg a “10”. Personable, knowledgeable and very understanding of my situation.

  We recently moved to Fort Myers and did not know who to contact about servicing our A/C unit. After talking to several neighbors, Eco Air was highly recommended. Our service tech Jeff, was extremely professional friendly and knowledgeable. He explained everything to me concerning our system and that was so appreciated. He put forth additional effort to diagnose a problem which saved us from having to spend a lot of money on repairs or even a new unit. Definitely call Eco Air for your HVAC needs!

  We had them for 2 year already for maintenance. Referred them for my parent's AC unit also. Andrew was great and thorough. He check and clean both, even the one in the attic in a tight/hot space. He was also very repectful and took his shoes off before walking in my house. He did the same for my parents house. My parents unit needed a little more work b/c dust was coming out when they turn on the heat. There were a lot mold and rust in the handler. Andrew gave us a good price. The guys came the next day to clean the ducts and the air handler. I don't there names, but the experienced older gentleman took apart the handler, cleaned off all the rust, replace the moldy insulation in there, and gently clean each wires. My parent said their AC feels cooler and fresher now. Definitely highly recommend them for maintenance since I had 2 good experiences with them for 2 years.
