  We had Eberhardt Plumbing and Heating come to our house 3 times for a water heater replacement, electrical heating issue, and unclog a sewer drain. Always pleasant, did the job correctly, and all in a timely manner.

  Our heat went out, and Eberhardt was the company our home warranty gave to us. They said someone would call me within 24 hours. I ended up getting a call within the first hour. He scheduled something for me earlier the next morning. The technician came early! He had to get a specific part, and then came back later to fix it. It wasnt even 24 hours from the time of my initial call and my furnace was totally fixed. Amazing!!!

  Dan was fantastic to work with! Between issues with the home warranty company and me getting stuck at work at the last minute, Dan was flexible and accommodating. When he arrived to complete the work on my air conditioner, a serious storm blew in which he worked straight through. I cannot praise this company enough. Would give 10 stars if I could!
