  From the start I was sorry I agreed to use this company. Bud came out and seemed very knowledgeable, which I think he is,, but from that point forward, it was downhill from there. When the crew showed up, they had the wrong work order. What should have taken 4-5 days, took 10 days. It was a very sloppy job, the cleanup was terrible. I still have insulation all through the craw space and basement that needs cleaned up. The wiring was so bad, they had to come back. They also cut wires on the install that had to be repaired 2x because they spliced them instead of putting them in a box. The Cooper tubing had to be redone on an elbow because they didn’t have the fittings they needed and bent the pipe. They sit handler was put at one end of the house instead of the center where I wanted it, now there is very little airflow at the back of the house. Very uneven. I called them to come back out 8 weeks ago to put baffles in or something to equalize the system, they promised to come back and never heard from them again. No matter what, use someone else, anyone else, it couldn’t be worse. And the warranty they advertise , doesn’t mean anything. Oh and by the way, Bud never came back after he poorly mapped the ductwork and the system. He does not care. He did seem like a nice guy, but he as the owner, does not care.

  We have a two unit system, our downstairs unit (the oldest) quit working and was only using the auxiliary heat, I set an appointment with EPHVAC, they showed up promptly, The tech Eric was awesome!, he diagnosed the problem, ordered the necessary part, and installed it, and got our system up and running and we couldn’t be happier, they were fair with their pricing and Eric couldn’t have been more thorough and conscientious Look forward to doing business with them whenever we need service

  The guys who replaced our whole system were awesome, personable, respectful and professional, and went above and beyond my expectations. The owner of the company came out and was very professional and courteous. They all made this terrible situation painless and quick. They took way less time than I thought it would; and still were able to fix issues, rewire our WiFi thermostat better than it was, and left everything looking great. I'm so happy with their service!
