  I paid this company over $5,000 one year ago to install a Goodman unit in my home. We are a military family and we were renting the home out at the time. They were chosen by our property management company. We have recently moved back into the home, still within that 1 year mark of installation and system is not working. We have tried calling and leaving messages repeatedly for them to come out and help us. They will not even return our call. We’ve been calling for 3 days. The whole system is still under warranty. We are having to call another company to come out and help us. It’s August, we have children and again, we paid them over $5,000. Completely unacceptable. Do not use this company. After consulting with another, reputable HVAC company, we were told that we paid entirely too much for the unit. They are apparently a rip off as well and there’s no telling how much we will have to pay another company to fix their work.
