  These people tried to scam us with a shoddy installation. They had unlicensed people in our home installing the new unit. They didn't tell us about warranty information and now I'm dealing with the aftermath. Just heard they're going bankrupt ... I wonder why. Good riddance.

  I purchased my American Standard from them last fall. Ever since my power bill has been lowered by $300. The crew that came out was nice and professional and they had the full install complete in just 4 days!!!
