  We called East Coast Cooling Tower to help us with the maintenance and repair of our cooling tower. One call to them and they were to our building assessing our needs. They outlined for us a list of what they could see that needed to be repaired. Once approved, they were quick to have the parts on site and making the needed repairs. It is good to know that there are good quality contractors out there that we can depend on. They even were able to recommend a quality AC mechanical company that we needed for other parts of our system. I would recommend them to anyone that is looking for this kind of service.

  Steer clear from this company!!!!! Never seen such a random group of guys on a job site. Lack of leadership with no experience with Cooling towers. I had a better shot at getting my money’s worth if I would have called Pizza Hut!!

  Not a pleasant crew to work with, seems like they took more breaks than actual time on the job. Constant complaints about the cursing in front of children walking by & Cat calling women who were walking into the hospital. Don't recommend people who don't respect women or kid's.
