  It took 3.5 months to get an estimate. The estimate didn't match what Chad said they could do when he was on site. The estimate was also incomplete. My carpenter recommended Bruce's company (Earth Energy Systems in Siren Wisconsin) and is now rethinking that based on this. I've found a handful of other heating and cooling installers I'll try instead. Bummer.

  The company installed an air conditioning unit for our house and were very knowledgeable and provided excellent service. They were friendly and listened to our concerns and answered all our questions. We dealt with five individuals at the company and they each provided their own level of expertise. I would recommend this company to anyone who is considering installing a heating/air unit, or servicing their existing unit. Darrel

  Heating went out on a Friday evening for my renters who have 5 young children, so we called Earth Energy and they came out to check it. They arrived at the property was rude to the renters, and seemed in a bad mood probably because they had to work on a Friday evening while they had no heat. Called us and told us they didn't have the part, and would check the shop in the morning. Saturday arrived/no call, Sunday/no call/, Monday/no call. We called them on Monday evening at 6pm and they told us the didn't have the part so they should have it in the morning. Tuesday they called said that part didn't work so they had to order another part. With it being a older system I decided instead of them buying all these parts I would go with new system. They couldn't tell me when they could get the furnace in/what furnace it would be/or cost. So I went with T&S heating and air conditioning and they got me a new furnace in that Thursday. So Earth Energy couldn't keep in contact with me, could figure out the problem, and left my renters with no heat for 6 days (would have been longer) and then had the audacity to charge me $283 for labor that they couldn't complete. Do not go here. I recommend T&S.
