Satisfied customer! Eanes came out and replaced my heating unit in 30 degree weather. Heat unit went out over the weekend and Eanes made an appointment right away to get us a new installation by Tuesday AM. Technicians even came up on a difficult installation issue because of the age of my failed heat unit, they called out a supervisor and got the issue resolved in no time. Even installed a new smart wall thermostat. Back in business. Thank you David, Chris, and The Eanes Team!

Charles went above and beyond during my appointment. He was thorough and even fixed something that the previous owners damaged on the unit. He answered all of my questions, was personable, and very attentive. I would like to request him for my future appointments. I’m also grateful for the specials that Eanes offers. This made my routine services affordable and allows me to keep my air conditioning running smoothly without breaking the bank!

I called 3 companies for a complete AC System install. Eanes came out the same day we called, quoted replacing both units with options, zero percent financing and did the install the same week! Outstanding customer service from start to finish. We never heard back from one AC company and the other called back as Eanes was already installing our new systems. I'm an Executive with an Automotive Group that operates in three states and this experience is being shared with my leadership team. Great job everyone from the team member that took our initial call, to the handshake from the technician after install was done addressing any questions we have. Thank you!
