  Our Mini-split AC was installed on June 11 by Doug and Joe. They did an excellent job and we are very happy with the whole process. Mike Shonk came to the hose to explain the system and how it works. He is very personable and did an excellent job with us. I would recommend them to anyone thinking about making a similar installation!

  My wife was told that our 6 year old, $8000 furnace was "shot". They stated that it was out of warranty and we would need to buy a new one due to a failure with the heat exchanger among other things. They sent a salesperson to go over our options. While they were at my house and I was at work I decided to call the company that produced my furnace. I found out that my furnace still has 25 years left on the warranty. I completely understand that mistakes can be made but 3 separate people from their company looked at my furnace and saw the production date, one of them should have been experienced enough to realize that the unit was most likely still covered by the manufacturer. I am very displeased with the shadiness of this interaction, especially since we have been loyal customers for over 20 years.

  We are sorry that there was a misunderstanding from the manufacturer. Once the problem was diagnosed we emailed the manufacturer with your model and serial numbers and we were informed that the unit was no longer covered. Our team saw that this was a newer model and contacted them again to correct this. We have the email direct from the manufacturer stating that this model and serial number was no longer covered which we will gladly send you. Thank you for allowing us to make this right.

  I've been an E&V customer for quite some time, and I depend on them for my propane delivery to heat my house, heat my water, fuel my stove and my whole house generator. I've had no issue that. I have noticed the price of LP has been rising over the last couple of months, but I assume that's due to the 'going price'. I purchased my furnace and hot water heater from them and they work flawlessly. Service has been good as well. Much better than 'those other guys'.
