  We have been purchasing our propane from them for over a year. They just stop by and fill it up when it needs it. I love not having to worry about calling them. Earlier this year we had them install our air conditioning. They installed it beautifully and didn't subcontract it out. I would definitely recommend them for both the propane as well as air conditioning.

  I have been a customer of E&V for 4 years. They will not fill a smaller fuel container that they filled before at a friend's house. I offered to pay a higher gallon rate and they still refused.

  Huge thanks to Steve and the manager (sorry I didn't catch her name) from the Ithaca Office. I was dealing with an incredibly complicated personal situation and they were both so kind and understanding throughout the transaction.
