I have used this company three times at two different homes. They are courteous, respectful, competent, and diligent. Once they replaced a full toilet for me after I botched it up (whoops!). Another time they adjusted my HVAC system when the squirrel cage went bonkers. Another time they gave me a flat fee run over of my entire HVAC and plumbing system (great peace of mind). The only reason I gave them four stars--they gave me an estimate of some basement plumbing install work. Just my opinion, the price ran a bit high. I don't think they were being dishonest, I just think they value the quality of work they provide--and I am appreciate that they gave me a free estimate! Overall, pleased with this company! Negative reviews above seem uncharacteristic based on my experience with both Travis and Mr. Lighty.

They are very professional. They have done a lot of work for me over the years. They are very dependable and reliable. Prices are reasonable. I even recommended them to my Mom.

my mom called to get an estimate on a new unit, and the person came out and charged me $228 to give me a quote for a unit that was $3100 more than the next quote I got. They came out quickly. I understand why now. I would've come out to make $228 for doing nothing. I don't recommend this company.
Response from the owner
On Sunday, 7/12/20, We got a call from a customer with no A/C. The customer who had originally called had agreed on the diagnostic fee, as well as the after hours fee before dispatching the technician. When the tech arrived, he found the unit was low on refrigerant. The tech recommended replacing the system over putting refrigerant back into a 20 year old system that had a leak, due to the current price of R-22. When the homeowner was notified on prices, he did not agree on the prices for replacing a 14 SEER heat pump rated for Pennsylvania weather. The customer was notified that we would credit the diagnostic fee back towards the purchase of a new unit, and he decided to go with just the diagnostic fee. Please call the office if you have any questions.
