Had called for bid earlier in year. We,had various details to work out. We finally started the job they showed up on time, friendly and obliging. Needed second unit but oversight for the requirements. They are ordering correct one it will be in 3 or 4 days. We are a startup business so they're working with us to be a success in our second year. With these units we will be able to begin season better. GOOD job you guys keep up the good work 👍

I have used E&H Refrigeration on numerous occasions, most recently to repair what I thought was a huge problem. It turned out to be a thermostat issue and it was resolved easily and quickly. I have never been surprised with a bill as E&H gives you a great estimate up front and keeps you posted throughout the repair.  They are courteous and responsive. I highly recommend them for annual maintenance or for large jobs.

Came to work on an A.C. unit. Didn't properly repair on first visit. Upon calling back and having them come out a second time, we were told they would have to return the next day with a certain part. They haven't showed up for an entire week. When calling to inquire as to why they were not returning in an orderly fashion, the call taker was extremely standoff-ish and said they would NOT be coming out today, then proceeded to hang up in an extremely unprofessional manner.

I highly recommend E&H Refrigeration. They have provided me with outstanding service for years! They've provided installation of new units, ducting, furnaces, electrical, and did some of the remodel work for my rentals, including kitchen and bathroom. No complaints at all. I have maintenance contracts for my personal property, as well as my rentals. This is a great deal! They service the CHA units every year, some require bi-annually. If you have a Central Heat & Air Unit, I recommend you get an annual maintenance contract with E&H! I appreciate their responsiveness, either by phone or text, they're punctual, and they do a great job! They provide outstanding customer service. They treat their customers right. Thank you!!!!
