I bought a lake house in Granville 4 years ago and began using Dyer as soon as I moved in.  They have always been honest and helpful.  They rapidly attend to service needs and will always try and help in emergency situations.  Last night one of my 2 units wasn't heating and they were here and resolved the issue before 9:15 AM.  They have earned my loyalty as a customer.

My heating and air unit had quit working properly and my electric bills were $400 per month. I called my local Chamber of Commerce in Carthage, TN to see if they could recommend a reputable HVAC repair company. They told me they highly recommended Dyer Heating and Air because they had used them and was very pleased with their service. I called Jason on Tuesday afternoon and he was here at 8 o'clock Wednesday morning. He spent about an hour testing everything and determined the problem. He immediately repaired my unit and now it is working perfectly. My electric bills should be about half of what they were before the repair. I strongly recommend Dyer Heating and Air to everyone. The service was fast and the cost was very low.

We called Dyer heating and Air after we got a ridiculously  high price from Randy’s  heating and Air.  Dyer came right out the next day ( Thursday ) gave us a very  good price on a 3.5 ton complete unit and said it would be put in the following Monday.  Randy’s. Not only tried over charging us 1400 dollars but was only going to put in a 3 ton and when we asked about a 3.5 ton was told we would need all new duct work which was not true.  We would highly recommend
Dyer for all your heating and Air needs they were  fast as well as friendly and offered a fair price.  Job well done Dyer.  Will defiantly use them in the future and  tell everyone we know to use them as well.

I have used them twice and they show up at the time that works for your schedule. Very efficent and professional. Their prices are affordable and all I can say is job well done. Dyer Heating and Cooling is a company I highly recommend and will count on for all my heating and cooling needs for sure.

Went out of town and came back to a cold house. Called Dyer Heating and Air at 9 am on a Sunday talked with Jason. He was at my door within minutes and had it fixed in about the same amount of time. This and Update two years later. My cooling system this time. Made the call to Dyer Heating and Cooling and again they were out here in 15 minutes. This time it was Brandon who helped me out. Thanks again guys. Another 5 stars!! Highly recommend

UPDATE: Had to use them a third time. This time I was VERY unhappy. Charged me 100.00 to tell me he could not work in the fusebox in the house. I guess I should be happy, I fixed it with a 5 dollar fuse. And I found another company to do the work on my heat pump.

I can say that Dyer Heating & Cooling gave an outstanding customer experience in the following ways.

1. Responsiveness-One reason that I first chose to contact Jason Dyer was the posting of his availability at 7AM along with two phone #'s and a Facebook page. While I've been nursing our main central unit for a few years not wanting to invest the money, one Monday night it finally gave out. I called Jason at 7AM, and he was at my house at 7:30AM. He found that the started had failed and patched it up to limp along for the night.
2. Communication-Jason not only clearly communicated the current problem, but he is clear spoken enough to give a sense of trust without any sales pitch at all. I understood the history of the current unit I had, and I was able to piece together what Jason described to me to make a decision on purchasing a new unit.
3. Affordability-I did not stop and compare the same model of our chosen unit against many competitors (not that we have worthy competitors in the area), but I had compared the prices over a couple of years knowing I'd have to buy a new unit one day soon. Jason also laid out different interest free financing options that his company works with partners on. I could tell that he has made an extra effort to consider every part of the process and felt comfortable that I was being treated fairly.
4. Action-After patching up the existing unit, we agreed on a new unit as part of the plan. Jason came out on a Tuesday morning, and a new unit was ordered and delivered on Wednesday.
5. Installation-During all parts of the installation, I noticed that Jason and others are careful to not destroy your yard and house in the process. By doing things like wearing covering on their shoes when they enter the home, I felt that this is a group of people that didn't just roll out of the garage to throw a wholesale unit on your house to make a quick dollar. They are very thoughtful and professional. Two installers showed up from Jason crew to do the final install. I reviewed the work to see that the power, gas, and control lines had been cleanly mounted with a nice seal between the adhesive and metal on the house. The new equipment was explained to me in a very thorough way.
6. Dependability-I can say that as they left, the most reassuring thing is that I know if I contact Jason in the future that they will come and make any issue I have "right".
7. Extras-I also saw that several extra positive things had been done. They took the time to register all the equipment for warranty with Trane such that it will ensure the 10 year warranty on the key components (this is something the consumer usually would have to do later). Also, Jason was great about communicating with a quick phone call throughout the process to keep me informed on every step.

In summary, I've lived in this area my entire life with various experiences with HVAC people. Dyer Heating & Cooling has given the best customer experience that I've seen in all phases... without exception.

A/C system wasn't cooling right called Jason,he was out within an hour and had our system fixed. It's hard to get good quality service like this anymore. I highly recommend Dyer Heating & Cooling.
