  Dillon was very quick in responding to my call and provided VERY PROFESSIONAL service!!! He did the repair and when I asked if a "new part" was needed, he did not recommend a replacement part because it would cost hundreds of dollars and feels his repair fixed the issue. His HONESTY saved me that money!!!! Greatly Appreciated and I will be certain to recommend him to anyone!!!! For the second time in the week, I called upon Dillon with a furnace issue at my other house. (TOTALLY SEPARATE FROM MY FIRST CALL) His response was timely and his honesty of what needed to happen was appreciated! He will get all my referrals!!! Thank you to Dillon and his team!

  I highly recommend DW Cool! I called for a quote and they were very quick to respond. They went over all of my options and gave me a break down of all the costs. They did not try to sell me parts or service that I did not need and weren't pushy in any way. Their work was amazing and went above and beyond. I am grateful for them!
