  Update: I called back after the response from the business and was able to immediately get a quote and schedule an appointment for the next week. However, while they were here, they scratched our custom white oak wood floors in the kitchen, they left the dryer vent disconnected (good thing we checked before running it), and left dust and debris all over the floors. In addition to that, there is now a piece from our HVAC system sitting on a table in the basement. I am not sure where it came from or what it does. Hopefully it is not critical. Called multiple times and left multiple messages with two different people and never received a call back.

  Called for an appointment and price. It took a while for a call back but I was quoted X after going over what I had that needed to be cleaned. Set my appointment and they were able to come a few days early. 2 people arrived and went right to work. It took them a couple hours and they showed me the before and after pics as well as kept me in the loop of each phase (I had taken some before pics so it was verified.) and what an amazing job. House is 20+ years old and I do not think they were ever cleaned. The final price was $50 less than original quote, Dakota and the owners son (name escapes me, but I remember he liked to hunt as he was on his cell phone talking about hunting. Not the most professional but he and Dakota were very quick and thorough with their work. Dakota really worked hard. A pleasure to do business with all of them. I did speak with the owner for the pricing and he is a very friendly and nice person who cares about the quality of work and relationship with his customers. A rare breed in business these days as most companies just want money. How many times have you received a quote and paid less? :) I will have them back in 4-5 years for another cleaning without a doubt!

  I had an afternoon appointment set up for 1pm-5pm. I received a call that said they finished up their morning job early and asked if they could come earlier. That was very convenient for me! Both gentleman that arrived were clean, friendly and professional. They were very knowledgeable and advised me on a few other things as well. They showed me before and after pictures of the ducts (which had never been cleaned before we moved into the house) and the work looked great. I highly recommend them if you need this service done.
