Durham Heating & Cooling has been wonderful! I initially contacted them for a short-notice repair service during the colder months. They were extremely responsive and super easy to work with. Since then, I've had to call for a another short-notice repair for a different issue and once again they were extremely responsive, despite their full schedule. The front office has great customer service and the techs are always knowledgeable and friendly. Compared with other companies I've used in the past, their billing is fair and the value for their service is excellent. Great local company, thanks for the superb assistance!

Nothing has happened still waiting for the company to inspect the unit and give a quote. Receptionist said they were all booked for the next two weeks. They will call me if someone is free.

Mrs. Lynch contacted our company on Wednesday April 28th and was told there would be a wait to be able to schedule her maintenance. At the time of the call she agreed that it was not urgent and was fine with waiting. We prioritize emergency repairs and maintenance work orders are scheduled as weather and time permits. We also have existing customers that are already scheduled for maintenance that are waiting and Mrs. Lynch would have been a new customer with this being a first time visit. Two days after her calling to schedule she posted this review. I called Mrs. Lynch on Monday May 5th to discuss her review because I was concerned and honestly confused by her review. She was upset that I would call her to question her right to post the review. My intention was to find out her motivation for posting and try to remedy the situation. While I will agree that her statement in the review was accurate, she called to schedule and was informed that it would be a significant wait and someone would call her to schedule when we had availability. My concern was her motivation to post a one star review almost immediately after scheduling. If she was not comfortable waiting, she could have chosen to contact another company with more availability. I didn't feel like Mrs. Lynch really gave me an opportunity to discuss it. She didn't allow me to speak much during the phone call. She misunderstood my attempts to have an open discussion. I hate that anyone is not happy with the service that we provide, but I did end up suggesting that she follow up with another company to complete her maintenance.

Excellent price for an annual cleaning and unit inspection! Friendly, local business. I live in Hawaii and I called upon them to maintain my unit at my rental property. Their courteous and humble approach was something I could appreciate. Thanks!
