  Our earlier flight was canceled. The staff from check in until departure were all amazing and helpful. We ended up spending an hour or in the “cafe/lounge”. Kim was especially helpful and we enjoyed our conversation.

  Quick, simple friendly staff. Arrived in parking lot 1 hour before our boarding time. Once we got through security we had 30 minutes to wait. They boarded 10 minutes early, so we only waited 20. Restrooms were clean and stocked. They have filtered water to refill your water bottle once you get through security. Only 1 person working the bar, but she was quick and friendly. Sure beats driving over wolf creek pass in the winter!!

  Great experience at a small airport. Staff is at some parts are kind and helpful. However some seem to be on a power trip and gave us a hard time about half a pound that the scale was over multiple times and then they wanted to calibrate it. It certainly wasn't needed to have the staff give an attitude. For being AA credit card members with FREE checked bags, we weren't tested very well at all. It wasn't the best way too start our honeymoon.
