  Needed my 17 YO Lennox control board & flame igniter replaced. Dunrite arrived same day of call and engaged appropriate people to trouble-shoot my issue and get my heat back on. Elmer and team were professional, thorough, and kind. My parents have had great luck with Dunrite, also. I would highly recommend them. Thanks, Elmer!

  When it was time for an HVAC system replacement, I sought out quotes from some bigger "names" in DFW as well as the recommendations of others. A well-trusted colleague highly recommended Dunrite HVAC Services, who he has used for many years, including recently replacing a condenser and air handler. First off, throughout the process everyone was respectful of my home and family. Everyone who entered my home wore masks/face coverings, and when I answered the door for Berman for the initial quote, and I didn't have a mask on, and said I was going to grab one, he waited outside until I had my mask on and came back to bring him in. Very respectful and a small detail that I appreciated and felt was the type of thing that indicated they would continue to care about my family and home into the future. The bid was much lower than the two larger companies, and in line with what I expected based on my research as to expected cost of install in DFW for my tonnage, square footage, air handler location, SEER, and manufacturer of units. It was in-line with quotes from the more family-sized businesses. I ultimately selected their services because of their professionalism and how respectful they were, as well as the recommendation of my colleague. They were forthcoming and stand-up through the whole process. Every time I called in, the person answering knew about me. Shandy was a great contact person in their office. We had 9 tons of total capacity replaced. Two air handlers and condensers. Two air handler were in separate attic accesses. Install took one day. The installers were respectful of my home and family, and stayed late to finish the work when some unexpected challenges came up. They cleaned up well after themselves. The installation quality was excellent. As an example, rather than dangling the air handlers from the rafters using hanger straps directly tied to the air handler, they instead used hanger straps to create a stable platform, on which they rest the air handlers, in order to preserve the integrity of the air handler. It was this kind of attention to detail that I highly appreciate. Once the install was done, I only knew they were there because our system worked better and the air was noticeably cleaner. One small issue was that our system has a two-stage condenser and air handler, but after install was set to one-stage setting (so it was on full-speed when it turned on). When Steve and Berman came out to do the post-install check, they quickly fixed it. All I can say is that Dunrite did a clean, efficient, fast, honest, professional install of a high efficiency (18 SEER) Trane system for a solid price, with great service. I would not hesitate to recommend Dunrite to any family member or friend.

  I highly recommend Dunrite HVAC services. This is an honest company that will not try to upsell or oversell anything to you. They will do what is right and make sure that you are satisfied with what they do. The owner, Steve, reached out when an issue came up with one of our ducts. He went above and beyond what I was expecting from any company.
