Our AC unit completely croaked on us just before July 4th weekend. We needed someone to evaluate our AC to see if it could be "saved" - this company reached out to us immediately and had someone out to us the very next day despite me calling them around 4:45pm. Their technician was extremely professional, very informative and did his utmost best to preserve our AC unit. Unfortunately, we ended up needing a replacement unit but this was no fault of the technician - they accommodated us at every step of the way and we were very happy with their service, professionalism and promptness!

Chuck and his team go way above and beyond. They are reliable and fast. He takes the time to thoroughly explain what services are needed and why, gives options and is transparent about pricing. He is flexible and trustworthy, you can tell he takes care to cater to each person’s needs. I’m glad I found them! He has helped me immensely. Thank you!

The contractor told me I had a cracked heat exchanger after waving his cell phone inside my furnace. He even briefly showed me the video showing me the lines. He said I would be better off replacing the whole furnace versus replacing the exchanger. Before paying $3000 for a new furnace, I decided to get a second quote on the furnace and the next company was much more thorough. They used a snake camera and a sophisticated electronic carbon monoxide detector. They told me the "cracks" Dunrite showed me are the weld seems in the exchanger. There are NO cracks. There was NO carbon monoxide risk. He showed me that the level of carbon monoxide inside the furnace was only 3 ppm...the same as the atmosphere! Dunrite's contractor was very nice, but he was dishonest and/or incompetent in his assessment. I was told this is a common scare tactic to sell furnaces. Beware!
