  I had this company get called out to fix my furnace through American home shield. They called to set up an appointment rather quickly, then when they were supposed to show up they didn't call ahead and they ended up getting stuck on the road we live on. After they got unstuck they drove to the wrong house and then turned around and left. And cancelled my appointment. I was left on the coldest weekend of the month without heat thanks to them. I would not recommend this company. We never recieved a call from them only from as saying they dispatched another company.

  We were assigned Dudley's through our Home Warranty plan, and we are very thankful for the assistance. They were able to get us seen the next day (which I know can be a challenge in June - AC break down season) Fortunately it was a fairly easy fix, additionally the technician who came out (I think his name was Jeff) was quick, polite, explained what was going on, and answered questions. Also the cat thought he was the coolest thing since catnip.
